What sizes are available for your clothing?
We offer different sizes for different items. Each product should have their own measurements for you to compare yourself against. If there are none, let us know by email and we can send them to you! Please keep in mind most of our clothing production is based in Asia, so expect them to be smaller than Europe/US sizes!
I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
If you ordered multiple items, there is a good chance that these products are housed in different warehouses. Thus, some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
What about possible custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country if your order exceeds $1000.
When will my order ship?
As soon as you place your order there will be a processing time of 3-5 business days or even less. You will receive a shipment email as soon as we process your order.
My order shipped, when will it get to my house?
That depends where you are! We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping. Please allow anywhere between 7 business days to over a month from the time of purchase. Please be aware of the shipping time. For example, if you plan on taking a little beach getaway, I highly recommend ordering 3 weeks before your trip to ensure your package will be there on time. Please be patient with us
What is your Return Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in swimsuits collection due to hygiene reasons and all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for wrong sizes. Please check the size chart before placing your order.
We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn or washed.
Where can I find my tracking information?
As soon as your order has been packaged, you will receive tracking information via email.

Can I change my Address/Order?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order. You have a 24 hour window for any cancellations.

We are proud to offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Please be aware that depending on your country’s regulations, International orders may be subject to additional duties and fees.
